Package Deal

I am greedy..I know..serve me right..like the Hokkien said " tam sim'

I took a package deal - of pain..

first it was the toothache, which turned into gum infections and affected the whole row of teeth, turning it into teethaches..(got such words?)

and then an attack of headache..

I am out for the day to sleep my pain off..
