it's not something that I complained or very accomplished at..
when the mood is there, cooking is actually a destress activity
Saturday was Chinese lunch ...fried lotus with spicy sauce, which I toned down with less chilies,
steam Siakap Teo Chew style, 3-layer pork with Coffee sauce..and Gau Geh with fish balls soup
sorry no photos taken cos everyone was hungry and just walloped the dishes..
On Sunday, it was ITALIANO day..
HB tried his hand on **SEAFOOD Spaghetti.. prawns, squid, cuttlefish and cheese.. the base was from the prawn shells's stock, grounded fresh tomatoes sauce
** we missed the dish we had in Mestre...it was heavenly yummy
OINK OINK LAGSANE with lots of fresh tomato sauce, pork meat, garlic, carrots
