Tried my hand on baking egg-tarts this morning for breakfast. Friends' advices and the recipes made it look so simple to do these tarts. The custard overdone as I left them in the oven too long. Next time, I will pre-bake the tarts shells before pouring the egg custard. Taste good though - no kidding!!
