y jalan jalan 2 weeks ago brought me to Mid Valley. They were just setting up the Hari Raya decoration.
The celebration is themed “The Rah Rah is back in Hari Raya” and has kampung scenes of the 50s around the large mall.
The houses and stalls, drawn in caricature-style, like a page from Lat’s comics, with kampung houses, roosters and hens, coconut trees and wooden fences.

Over at 1Utama - new wing, the deco depicted the scene of the coastal kampung, complete with sampans, fishing nets etc.
