My eldest daughter has been craving for ‘chow tau foo’ ever since she first tasted it in Hongkong last year. I like the fermented bean curd too, although it was also my first time trying it in HK...so I guess it the case of ‘love at first bite' for us! (My girlfriend practically freaked out and was spitting out the bean curd on the first try)
We heard that the pasar malam at Cheras’sTaman Muda has a stall selling this smelly stuff, but since Cheras is a bit too far, we never had the chance to eat this stuff in KL
And then we heard that the same stall is also at the Kepong Baru’s pasar malam on Sundays..
Yesterday, we made a trip to this pasar malam and managed to find the stall (which is a van), located next to the bus-stop. The stall is simply name : CHEW CHEW CHOW TAU FOO..

Price per piece : RM0.60/pc…min 4 pieces..and it’s inclusive of some pickled vege ..
